This is by design. This is for the masses. This is Barley Passable.

A long path led Kai Ollmann and Davy Brown together to form the electropop duo Barley Passable. A longer path lies ahead as the two have only just begun.

Making music for movement, mood and mayhem, Barley Passable create modern pop touched by a diverse list of bygone influences. A combination of talent and poise, the duo have received attention from radio, magazines and blogs both in their home country of Australia, as well as overseas in the United Kingdom.

Always searching for the pleasures of life, Barley Passable work collaboratively with a variety of creatives, fusing fine fashion, film photography and urban design with their music to create a truly pleasing experience for all those who will listen. And simply by doing so, all embrace the belief that whatever makes you happy, makes you unstoppable.

Culminating in their intoxicating live experience, their already sleek music is almost ‘remixed’ by the pair, and when combined with all other aspects of the collective, produces a dangerously high energy performance, guaranteed to turn even the classiest of patrons into dance frenzied shadows of themselves.

As always with this pair,

It is all by design, all for the masses, and is all Barley Passable.
